Shipping was originally delayed because of third party delivery service, but the customer service team did an awesome job updating me on the situation and stepping in to expedite the process. I received the bag (PRVKE) just in time the night before my trip *phew*, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product! It is spacious, without bulky form factor and has intuitive organization/accessibility. I would recommend for those frequently carrying around tech (laptop, cameras, music equipment) or even frequent travelers.

Dear Christian, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this earlier before when you emailed us about it and we have mentioned that it was delayed due to the carrier. Unfortunately, we're unable to control when the item arrives once it leaves our warehouse and it depends solely on the carrier to get it to you on time.
