Turn it one way for a slower draw that softens a bright single origin, turn it over for a faster one that keeps a darker roast from turning bitter — same gear, different cup.

To keep your gear in great shape, wash it on cold and gentle cycle for apparel and spot clean for everything else. Do not tumble dry and hang dry immediately after washing. Do not bleach.

We ship from our NYC office Wednesdays through Sundays (excluding holidays). Please note that we may require a 1-2 day handling period.
For US orders over $150, shipping is free; otherwise, flat rates apply based on your location and may fluctuate. Standard US delivery takes 4-10 business days, while express takes 2-3 business days. For international orders, shipping time varies by location.
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3-5 business days before your order ships.
