Returns and Refunds
Although we discourage returns simply for a change of mind, we would like for you to enjoy products purchased from UrbanCred.com.
If you purchased a product directly from the site and are not happy with the purchase, we will issue you a refund (amount will be less shipping fee; if applicable) provided that the item is returned within 14 days of original purchase to our fulfillment centers or office (items pre-order or back-ordered may be returned within 14 days of product ship date). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund requests can take up to 10-20 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Books or magazines
Face masks and coverings
Final sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if from in-store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All product returns must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, packed in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
To initiate a return, customers must obtain a return shipping label prior to sending any items back. Return labels can be generated and submitted directly by visiting https://account.urbancred.com. Any items returned without a valid return label may be refused or not accepted.
If the item requested for return is more than 14 days old, it is ineligible for a return.
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Products purchased through retailers other than UrbanCred are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

Customers are solely responsible for generating their own return shipping labels independently through https://account.urbancred.com. Items returned without a valid return label will not be accepted. Unless the return is due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the return is not due to merchandise that was damaged prior to your receipt, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise to UrbanCred.
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

International Returns
We’re currently unable to provide return labels for orders shipped outside the U.S. If you’d still like to proceed with a return, any associated shipping costs—including customs, border, tariffs, and related fees—will be deducted from your refund total.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@urbancred.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@urbancred.com and we will supply you with a shipping label.
