UrbanCred Terms of Service

Effective date: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of UrbanCred.com and any purchase you make from us, online or at our storefront. UrbanCred is operated by Wingbot Inc., a New York corporation ("UrbanCred," "we," "us," or "our").

By browsing the site, placing an order, or purchasing at our storefront, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We operate this store on the Shopify platform. Your use of the site is also subject to Shopify's terms where applicable.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is your own or that you are authorized to use it.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us at support@urbancred.com right away if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close any account at our discretion, including for the reasons described in Section 14 of our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It is not our acceptance of it. A contract of sale is formed only when we ship your items or notify you that your order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, before or after confirmation, including where:

1. The item is out of stock or listed at an incorrect price
2. We suspect fraud, an unauthorized payment method, or a history of chargebacks
3. The order appears to be placed for resale
4. Quantity limits apply to a release or collaboration
5. We cannot ship to the address provided

If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

4. Product descriptions and availability

We work to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications, images, or other site content are complete, current, or error-free. Colors and finishes may look different depending on your screen, and dimensions and weights supplied by our brand partners are approximate.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing, payment, and errors

Prices are in US dollars, exclude applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address), and may change without notice.

Payment is captured at the time of purchase, including for pre-orders. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you. We may correct any error and cancel any order placed on incorrect information, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping costs, ship days, delivery estimates, shipping protection, and re-shipping fees are set out in our Shipping Policy. Return windows, conditions, non-returnable items, and refund handling are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

In accordance with New York General Business Law § 218-a, our refund policy is disclosed before you are asked for billing information and is posted at our storefront.

7. Pre-orders and limited releases

Pre-order terms, including that payment is taken when you order, that ship dates are estimates, and that you may cancel before shipment, are set out in Section 8 of our Shipping Policy. For limited releases and collaborations, we may set per-customer or per-household quantity limits and cancel orders that exceed them.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are issued for their stated value, do not expire except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are non-refundable. Treat a gift card like cash: we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards or unauthorized use.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes are single-use per customer, cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained through unauthorized distribution, resale, or automated means are void, and we may cancel orders placed with them. Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed during the promotion; we do not adjust prices on orders placed before a sale begins.

10. Warranties

Products sold by UrbanCred are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer under its own terms, and we will help you get in touch where we can.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," and UrbanCred disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the laws of New York.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbanCred, its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product purchased from us, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain damages to be excluded or limited. Where those laws apply, these limits apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Assumption of risk

Some products we sell are outdoor, tactical, EDC, or technical gear. You are responsible for choosing products suitable for your intended use, reading and following all manufacturer instructions and warnings, and inspecting gear before use. UrbanCred is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, normal wear, or use beyond a product's intended purpose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanCred and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply-chain and brand-partner disruptions, customs actions, tariffs, labor disputes, utility or network outages, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, civil unrest, war, terrorism, or government action.

15. Intellectual property

The UrbanCred name, logo, store design, photography, product copy, and other site content belong to UrbanCred or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Brand-partner names, logos, and product images belong to their owners and appear here to describe goods offered for sale. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially use our content without our written permission.

16. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us or tag us publicly, you grant UrbanCred a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, including on our site and social channels, with credit to your handle where practical. You confirm you have the rights to what you submit. We may remove any submission and do not guarantee the accuracy of customer content.

17. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
2. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to place orders, monitor stock, or collect data
3. Purchase for unauthorized resale
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other accounts, or our systems
5. Interfere with the site's operation or security
6. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including payment or delivery claims

18. Third-party services and links

Our site relies on third-party services, including our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, and shipping-protection providers. They operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to third-party sites are for convenience only and are not endorsements.

19. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site or your account at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

20. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from any purchase from UrbanCred are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

21. General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and UrbanCred regarding the site and your purchases, and replace any earlier version.

Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order governs that order, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only.
