Sui is built for the days when staying hydrated should feel effortless, not like one more thing to carry — sling it over your shoulder or around your neck, adjust the included strap to dress it up or down, or remove it and slip Sui straight into your bag. At about a third the weight of a smartphone, it barely registers even when full, so hydration just becomes a natural part of your day.

We use the highest quality technical fabrics available on the market and are passionate about curating a collection of timeless, lasting items. To keep your gear in great shape, wash it on cold and gentle cycle for apparel and spot clean for everything else. Do not tumble dry and hang dry immediately after washing. Do not bleach.

We ship from our NYC shop Wednesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 days for handling.
US orders ship free at $200+.
Under $200, standard shipping is $10 for orders under $100 and $13 for orders $100–$199.99. Standard US delivery takes 4–10 business days; express takes 2–3.
International rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days before your order ships.

We genuinely want you to love your UrbanCred experience, so if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for most U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.
Just a friendly heads-up, return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility (unless there was pre-existing damage), and all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
