As the festive season is fast approaching, we're excited to share some important updates with you. We understand that this time of year can be hectic, so we're making some adjustments to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us. Here's what you need to know:

🎄 Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please note our shipping deadlines:

• Standard Shipping: Place your orders by December 12-15 to ensure delivery by December 24th.
• Expedited Shipping: For those last-minute gifts, choose expedited shipping and order by December 18-20.
• Two Day Shipping: For last-minute shoppers, two-day shipping is the quickest option, with cutoffs ending on December 21-22.
• International Shipping: For international shipping, please ship by November 25th - 28th.

We encourage you to shop early to avoid the holiday rush and ensure your items are under the tree in time!

🕒 New Store Hours

Starting 12/18 to 12/24, our store hours are changing to accommodate your shopping needs better and to celebrate the Holiday Market:

• Monday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• December 24th: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

And a special note for Christmas Eve shoppers: on December 24th, our store will be closing early at 4:00 PM. This allows our dedicated team to head home and enjoy the holiday with their loved ones.

Starting 12/26, to celebrate the New Year, UrbanCred and Canal Street Market will be working together to extend hours for you to get any belated or New Year gifts. We will be open during the following:

• Monday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• New Years Eve: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Similarly, for New Years Eve shoppers: on December 31st, our store will be closing early at 4:00 PM. This allows our dedicated team to head home and to bring in the New Year with their loved ones.
