Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping to the US for orders over $150.
For orders below $150, and to the rest of the world, shipping cost is a flat rate price depending on your location. This price may change according to the fluctuating prices of shipping. You can save on shipping by ordering multiple items together.
You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number once your order has been processed. Allow up to two days to begin tracking your package. Import duties and taxes levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Where will you be shipping from?
We currently ship from our office in NYC.
How long does domestic shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping usually takes between 4-10 working days depending on your location.
Express domestic shipping usually takes between 2-3 working days depending on your location.
Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for order processing time.
When are your shipping days?
We pack, prepare and ship on certain days on weekdays, excluding holidays. That means we ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the cutoff time for shipping out the same day is at 1 PM. Anything ordered after or during the weekend will be shipped the following business shipping day.
What does pre-order / back-order mean?
Pre-order /back-order means that we are currently low on or have no stock of an item, your order will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available.
For these products, we may offer these products for pre-order so that you may reserve your items before they arrive and sell out. Your payment is processed when your order is made to ensure your reservation. Estimated ship dates are found on each product page. There may be times where the arrival of said product will be delayed to shipping interruptions or other issues. Always keep in mind that this usually depends on the shipping carrier and varies from situation to situation. We will do our best to keep you updated during these times.
During the pre-order period, you receive a discount in exchange for your early order. All products go to full price once they arrive.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipping. All ship dates provided are estimates and may change at any time due to real-time transit conditions provided by carriers.
Do you charge a re-shipping fee?
We may charge a processing fee to re-ship orders that have been returned to us for the following reasons:
1. Unknown reason – refused or rejected upon delivery
2. Insufficient/incorrect address entered during the ordering process
3. Unclaimed parcels from your local post office
How about returns and refunds?
We want you to love your UrbanCred experience, so we offer returns on most* orders sent to U.S. addresses within 14 days of delivery (excluding final sale items). We also accept returns of packages delivered to international addresses that are initiated within 30 days of receipt; international customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return postage. Please contact us prior to sending it back to us for further instructions.
Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable, nor do they include any costs from shipping orders back to us due to returns.
Returned items must be:
- In brand new, unworn, unopened condition
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged or they will not qualify
- Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
*While most items are eligible for return, final sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges.
Open box returns on non-defective items will not be accepted. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund requests can take up to 10-20 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Books or magazines
Face masks and coverings
Final sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if from in-store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All product returns must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, packed in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
All returns must include a return label, which can be requested by contacting us at support@urbancred.com. Items shipped without a return label provided may not be accepted.
If the item requested for return is past 14 days, it is ineligible for a return.
All refunds will be to your original method of payment.
Products purchased through retailers other than UrbanCred are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
All product returns must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, packed in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.
All returns must include a return label, which can be requested by contacting us at: suppport@urbancred.com. Items shipped without a return label provided may not be accepted.
If the return is not due to merchandise that was damaged prior to your receipt of the merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to UrbanCred.
International Returns
We, unfortunately, are currently unable to provide labels for returns from outside the US. As a result, international customers or customers in U.S. territories are responsible for return shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@urbancred.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are considered Final Sale. Pre-ordered items are not considered sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@urbancred.com and we will supply you a shipping label.
