We’ve ventured beyond the tourist-beaten tracks of Barri Gòtic and explored every nook, from Sant Andreu to Poble-sec. We’ve found independent retailers and grand fashion labels that abound with dynamic designs, old-world tapas bars and innovative new spots bringing a modern touch to Catalan cuisine. And don’t worry, we haven’t eschewed the beach and bottle entirely – there’s always time for those in this city.

Care Guide

We use the highest quality technical fabrics available on the market and are passionate about curating a collection of timeless, lasting items. To keep your gear in great shape, wash it on cold and gentle cycle for apparel and spot clean for everything else. Do not tumble dry and hang dry immediately after washing. Do not bleach.

Shipping

We ship from our NYC shop Wednesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 days for handling.

US orders ship free at $150+.

Under $150, standard shipping is $8. Standard US delivery takes 4–10 business days; express takes 2–3.

International rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days before your order ships.

Returns

We genuinely want you to love your UrbanCred experience, so if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for most U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.

Just a friendly heads-up, return shipping costs are typically the customer's responsibility (unless there was pre-existing damage), and all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
