Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. All orders are shipped from New York City and delivery time is based on shipping method.

Full priced items purchased from UrbanCred can be returned within 14 days from purchase or delivery.

International Returns

We’re currently unable to provide return labels for orders shipped outside the U.S. If you’d still like to proceed with a return, any associated shipping costs—including customs, border, tariffs, and related fees—will be deducted from your refund total.
